Mould Design Supervisor

2、Reasonably designate the responsibilities and assignments of the personnel in the design department, preside over and follow up the daily work of the design department;
3、Communicate, guide and implement the company’s various design and development tasks;
4、Supervise, inspect and implement the design progress and quality, and solve various technical problems in the design process;
5、Continuously optimize the design ideas and improve the management and regulations of the department;
6、Responsible for communication and coordination with other departments of the company, and solve related problems with departments;

9、Regularly carry out the training and assessment of the internal software operation ability of the department and the company's mold standards;

11、Regularly conduct various assessments and summaries of the personnel in this department, and implement the corresponding department and company management regulations based on the assessment results.
Job Requirements：
1、College degree or above. Die or mechanical major, more than 2 years of work experience in mold design supervisor;
2、English is required to read through-be able to write-understand-speak slowly and use proficiently UG 10.0 ;
3、Proficient in computer use and basic hardware knowledge, at least proficient in more than one type of 3D design software;
4、Familiar with the whole process of mold design and development. Rich experience and ability in DFM production and guidance;
5、Proficient in mold structure and moldflow analysis (moldflow) verification experience;

Mold engineer

1、Formulate management regulations for molds and tooling fixtures, and organize their implementation;
2、Develop a mold maintenance plan and organize its implementation;
3、Mold related document management (improvement of operating specifications, summary of maintenance and maintenance records, spare parts management);
4、Responsible for inspection and acceptance of mold import;
5、Solve sudden mold failures and problems in production on site;

Job Requirements：
